The RLS professional staff is comprised of full-time transit planners, compliance specialists, trainers, and Geographic Information System (GIS) specialists based in its Dayton, Ohio office, as well as professional staff in the field in Ohio, Indiana, North Carolina, and other locations throughout the United States.
